What is your refund policy?
We do not accept product back on any electrical components or items that have been installed. UPS shipping charges are not refundable. No returns after 15 days of original purchase date. Returns subject to a 15% restock fee.

Can I order an item that I don't see on the web site?
If you have the part number for a part, enter it in the Search box on the main page. If your search does not bring up the part you were looking for, please contact us via phone (603-431-9727) or our online form.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the amount of the sale, however some items have a slightly higher or lower shipping cost outside of this chart due to extreme weight and/or size. Charges for shipping to the contiguous 48 states:

Will you ship to a P.O. box?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You must have a physical UPS address.

What credit cards can I use to make a purchase?
Payments for our online store are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, just one of the following types of credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

We take our customers' privacy very seriously. We will never sell, rent, or share any information given to us by our customers. Ever.
